10Jack arrived very promptly and got straight to work. He worked tidily and efficiently, the job proved to be not a straight forward one, however, Jack remained very calm and very focused on doing a good job, the bumps in the road didn't phase him. On completion Jack happily helped me with a very minor issue of tightening another toilet seat which was a huge help to me.

His work is neat, the site was left clean and all rubbish was removed. Jack showed us how to use the new system, did the proper paperwork and we received the Gas Safe certificate within a few days.
