  Tom did a great job fitting out the two bathrooms in my flat, he went above and beyond and was always incredibly considerate, even following up after the work was complete to check everything was still ok. I was really happy with the work Tom did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

  Tom completely refurbished our bathroom, going above and beyond to correcting multiple unexpected problems. Throughout we had clear communication; Tom was professional and friendly, working with great care and left the space as clean and tidy as possible everyday. Attention to detail and quality of work are second to none; he ensured every aspect of the refurb was completed to the highest quality – including giving up some of his Christmas break to complete it!   I am ecstatic about my new bathroom. Tom did an incredibly professional job. The process went smoothly - from receiving the quote to the completion of the bathroom. Tom advised me along the way and helped with my design ideas when I got stuck. Tom is a hardworking, professional and friendly person. He keeps you updated along the process and his quotes are fair and there are no surprises at the end. I highly recommend him as you will be in safe hands and your bathroom will look fantastic. For any future tiling or bathroom needs it will be a pleasure to work with him again.

• Full bathroom renovation

  Tom completely redid our bathroom from top to bottom, gutting the whole thing, replacing all the pipe work, rearranging all the plumbing, incredible tiling. It was a tiny space but a big job! He properly investigated and repaired every bizarre bodge from previous owners and meticulously got everything up to a high, reliable standard. Before it started, he was helpful with advice and suggestions. He was a delight to have around the house too - friendly, and a good laugh. It took a few weeks and the result is a stunning bathroom. He's a real perfectionist, and so now I have a perfect bathroom.

• Bathroom makeover

  Tom from the moment he came to view our bathroom and quote up the job showed an optimism and enthusiasm that made an ambitious makeover a reality. He completely transformed our tired, old set-up into a reworked contemporary bathroom. He was also a pleasure, with great communication, always tidy and very flexible/responsive to any little requests and ideas along the way. We are delighted with the work done and coudn't recommend Tom more highly!
