    Thomson Properties have recently completed two jobs for us : A refitted downstairs cloakroom at our home in Cranleigh and a new bathroom at my flat in Guildford. The work was carried out thoroughly and efficiently and the fitters were courteous and friendly. The whole process was professional and I plan to use Thomson again to install a new kitchen, when time/funds allow!

In both cases the work was carried out thoroughly and efficiently, and the work was of a high standard. We found the whole process professional and the fitters were friendly and courteous throughout. Hope to use Thomson again for a new kitchen, once funds allow!

    Second time we have had Ben at Thomson Properties tile for us. His workmanship is amazing, he is so consistently precise, tidy, expert knowledge and the end result is beautifully finished.     Thomson Properties, came and quoted on our en-suite bathroom advising us on our choice of materials without any pressure. The final job was outstanding and completed on time to a very high standard. The staff were very friendly, professional and tidied up every day. A check list was completed and signed off at the end of the job. Also, they do have a great after care service. Nothing is too much trouble. No hidden costs. We susequently had them refurbish our main bathroom at a later date with the same customer care.

We are fully insured and all workmanship on new installations is guaranteed for a minimum of three years. We are also members of the Installsure insurance backed guarantee scheme which means that our customers can, for a nominal administration fee, upgrade their guarantee with us to an insurance backed guarantee with Installsure.

 

Please note that we only take on complete kitchen or bathroom refurbishments, and therefore are unable to help you with any smaller repair work.
