  Titan responded promptly to give a quote (which seemed very reasonable) and to arrange the necessary work. The whole job took two men one day and was generally done well. There was a minor cosmetic defect on the brickwork which we noticed only after they'd left, but James responded quickly to our concern and returned a few days later to address the issue. James was well organised, communicated well and was very pleasant to deal with.

  The guys were really helpful and prompt in very challenging weather circumstances! Even though the Job could not be completed on the first attempt (thanks to the weather). They came back the very next opportunity to complete the task. They took photographs of the roof to show us the work that they had done. Very happy with the results.
