    We lost all electricity supply to the ground floor sockets. Terry helped first in a telephone conversation and when his suggestion didn't work, he appeared in no time to look directly at the problem and, of course solved it. Thank you Terry

    The electrician arrived on time, put on protective footwear and started promptly. A second one arrived shortly after and the job was finished in around an hour. Left a couple of small items on the floor, terminal block, small ball of tape from the old fitting but nothing really to worry about.

    Our electricity supply was intermittent. Terry came shortly after my call and decided that he would provide an interim repair followed by a full new consumer unit installation 4/5 weeks later. When he came to do the repair, he found the power supply cable into the house was broken. His response was to immediately call on a colleague (Riley) and he and Sam completed the whole job including a full test to avoid any fire risk. The response was outstanding, : the work completed professionally and fully explained . We were delighted by the service as the situation had cause us much worry &concern.
