  • Bathroom extractor fan

    I have used Tim for a number of jobs over the years and his performance has always been excellent. Most recently I asked him to look at a bathroom extractor fan in a tenanted property. Tim arranged his visit directly with the tenant. He diagnosed the problem quickly, advised the fix (in this case a new unit) and gave me a ball park cost to which I agreed. He got the parts and the job was completed the same day. The tenant couldn't sing his praises highly enough. They were very impressed with the quality of his work, tidiness and courtesy. 5* Highly recommended!

  • Bathroom Fan in tenanted property

    I can't recommend Tim highly enough. I have used him for a number of jobs of the years. Most recently I asked him to replace a bathroom fan in a tenanted property. I told Tim what the problem was and he sorted it. He did all the contact with the tenant. Made an initial visit to diagnose and then advised me the fix and ballpark cost to which I agreed. He got the parts and did the job by the next day. Tenant was very impressed with the quality of his work, tidiness and courtesy. A great experience and I would recommend him to anyone.

    I've had Tim do electrical installations on multiple occasions. He's wired my garden office, conservatory and garden lights. I can thoroughly recommend him. He has good availability, is punctual and leaves the site tidier than on arrival. I have gotten very good value for the money with him and will call again when I need an electrician.

    Tim fitted a light sensor in the shower, fixed a socket that wasn't working, installed new a new double socket in the understairs and extended cable to relocate garden lights. Hr took time to make sure he understood what i wanted and gave a very reasonable quote. He was punctual tidy, friendly and cleared up everything when he finished. I would certainly recommend him and use him again for any electrical work
