    Just half an hour after I posted my plea d'or assistance with the flea problem in my home, Tracey redhead out and provided invaluable guidance. She was exceptionally helpful and explained her typical approach to flea control with clarity. Moreover she was upfront about suggesting we wait another week before taking action, considering I had recently initiated some measures independently. Her honesty and insight were truly appreciated.

    Tracey came over quickly and had good communication about investigating what we thought were vermin the loft. Before she even came inside she noted the sparrows roosting in our roof and gave us tips for how to proof against it in the future. Through investigation in the house and gave us practical tips. Very informative and courteous and would recommend

    My elderly mother has a rat infestation in her kitchen. I contacted Tracy who came out immediately and started the process of getting rid of the rats. I cannot rate Tracy high enough. She was so professional, courteous and treated my mother with the utmost respect. I phoned Tracy after her first visit as the rat poison had almost gone and she came out immediately to lay down more poison. Each time Tracy came out I was sent a report on exactly what she had done. So impressed The infestation has now been eradicated. If I could give Tracy more than 10/10 I would. Thank you so much!!
