  We had TJRoofing &Property Maintenance to do repair work that was needed on our roof. As we were away while the work was being carried out they informed us by phone and video of extra work that was needed and waited until we confirmed we were happy for them to go ahead before restarting the work. All was completed on our return and we were contacted personally 2 days later to confirm that we were happy with the work.

  We approached TJ Roofing while they were working on a neighbours property. They provided advice and estimate of the work and followed it up in writing. They started work the day after we accepted the quote and were finished in the two days as predicted. Although they were doing work on a few sites locally Jordan was on hand throughout the day ensuring we were happy with progress and the quality of work. Impressed by the team who seemed to be non stop all day. Little extra jobs like taking down our Christmas light (5 months late) wasn’t a problem. Happy with work and tidiness at the end.

  Jordan was very responsive to our requests and communicative. He was always ready to pick up the phone to talk things through. This was helpful as the job took a number of weeks and several attempts to complete. The leak was frustratingly difficult to locate but Jordan and his team kept working at it and ultimately the leak was fixed.
