  Company phoned up to arrange visit on the same day. Arrived as arranged and they phoned again to confirm. Engineer quickly diagnosed problem and fully explained what we could do with options. Engineer was knowledgeable, polite and clear. Gave clear quotation for possible upgrade of our consumer unit, but we decided to wait before taking that step.
