  Tia was extremely helpful by fitting in a visit at the end of her already busy day, as being a Friday I would have been without heating and hot water all weekend if the boiler was not fixed. Tia’s knowledge of her trade was very evident and she quickly mended the boiler. Tia was very professional and assured me she would return immediately if we had any more issues. Great service - highly recommended

  Person was friendly and clean. Invoice didn’t come through straight away but once they noticed the spelling error in my email they sent a very polite a message apologising and forwarding on the certificate. 100% reccomend.
