0Verified ReviewTony Van Removal moved my belongings on the 15th April. They damaged an oak table that cost me a lot of money. They said they used blankets - they did not, i saw with my own eyes. Afterwards, I asked about their insurance to make a claim. They asked for a video / pictures which i gave them. I haven't heard anything back from the insurance company - i asked which insurance company they are with - they would not tell me. Every time i contact me, they say the insurance company is processing it It's been 1 month now - what insurance company takes this long? Never trust them.

3.5Verified ReviewI had a terrible experience with this company to dismantle the shed and disposal. The quote for labor was 2 hours for 2 people plus one hour extra at 75£ if needed. The workers took 7 hours to complete the job and at no point in time they informed us that the 2 hours job why it extended to 7 hours. The workers didn't bring the necessary tool like electric saw and they used our tool in garage (saw, wheelbarrow, ax) they didn't use trolley to transfer woods to van, they took 2 woods manually to van, in the quote trolley was mentioned which was never used.
