  • Kitchen pipes issues under the sink

    In an old house after a few years there can be issues. Especially as the design of the pipes is complicated. The water wasn’t flowing well and the dirty water from the washing machine was rising to the sink. Somes pipes needed to be taken apart and a thorough declogging followed for the water to run smoothly again. Good job. Thank you

    Unable to complete any of the issues. Came and assessed the issues, unable to fix anything despite the profile description showing tap repair, plumbing repairs, shower installation, water supply pipe repairs, etc. Took the shower cartridge out and was unable to put it back together. Partner had to stop his own work to help. Had to pay full rates without having anything fixed. Had a different plumber come out who was happy to assess the issues free of charge and provide a quote for the works. Very courteous and did email with additional information post visit. Very disappointed.

  • Emergency same-day repair

    We awoke one day to find there was a failure inside our garage on the pipe carrying the mains water into the house. This created a minor flood in the garage. Having stabilised things by turning off the stop-cock, we called Tooths Plumbing to request an emergency visit. William arrived an hour, or so, later and within another hour he had fixed the fault. He was very efficient, courteous and tidy. As well as doing the emergency job he was more than happy to share his expertise by giving us some general hints and tips about the plumbing in our house. We would thoroughly recommend Tooths Plumbing.
