This reduced the hassle of shopping for me. I had damp walls and leaks from a poorly fitted skylight that I had been patching up for months and a chimney issue. Harry was experienced enough to correctly assess the problem areas instantly and repair accordingly. He guaranteed to return if it wasn't fixed but I've never had to look back.
