• Had a leak in our Roof

  Thought we had a problem with our roof as there was quite a bit of water coming through. So we gave Albert a call from Topnotch as he as done some work for us previously, wasn’t there long before he found the problem, some lead work had pulled or fell out letting water in. So turned out not a big deal after all. Albert sorted it out within a couple of hours. Work was carried out were I work at a care home

  Roof repairs done. They came out very quickly were courteous. Can’t complain at the work membership. The price was not too expensive and they were clean and tidy and they workmanship seems to be a good standard as the roof hasn’t leaked again.

  Just recently had a new roof done by Topnotch these contractors exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable, Friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.   This company continually asked for more money yet failed to complete the tasks on the invoice ie no run offs. Within several weeks I reported a huge damp patch on the ceiling. Albert refused to come out to viiew the damage Last week my ceiling started to collapse with water pouring through. Albert came out but said this was due to the weather although he said a tile was broken . He refused to take any responsibility. Two roofing companies came out the same day and removed the falling down boards declaring this was due to poor workmanship and a whole new roof needed.
