  Will and Jimmy are so polite! Their communication is excellent. They are very responsive to text messages. They give you confidence that the job will be done well. They have good attention to detail and when the job expanded because it was found that the roof tile batons were completely rotten and that the ridge tile cement had crumbled away, they gave a very fair price for completing the additional work, (I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, which is often the way). They were tidy and cleared up very well at the end. Nothing was too much trouble! Definitely would use again.
