    The company responded immediately to my request on CheckaTrade (the only one of the three recommended). They managed to fit me in within a day o first calling. I was given a breakdown of the costs prior to the visit. The repair took two visits, the first to diagnose the problem and order the parts required. The second, by a different team to repair. The only downside was that it took my call asking for an update to prompt the repair, but that could be coincidence, the part could have just arrived

    Not the first time I have used this company, so when my oven element went today, I placed a call and arranged for an engineer to call to replace/repair it. An appointment for the next day was agreed; however, I was told that if they could be with me sooner they would. And, to my delight, I received a call to say that they would be with me within a few hours. Craig arrived and carried out the work needed. Craig was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you for your outstanding, professional service. I thoroughly recommend this company.

    Left message with Checkatrade on Sunday, call from Total Appliance Repair on Monday morning, home visit on Tuesday - all completed within a half hour. This company is friendly, honest,fair and helpful. Both the caller and workman were understanding, kind and very professional. No unecessary costs or surprises and lots of options for future issues that might arise. I am grateful for this service because I need the machine after my partner's return from hospital. I am impressed that companies can still offer such good customer service. Well done all round.

    Good competitive prices. Called once appliance was in stock to arrange fitting. They also removed and disposed of old dishwasher. We had a small issue about an hour after the fitter had left but an engineer was sent to us immediately and issue resolved. Excellent service.
