• Installed Handrail and Spindles and Decorating

  Raydid an amazing job replacing our old handrail and spindles on our staircase and landing. The finish on them is perfect, and we love the results. He also replaced all of the skirtings and architraves on our landing, fittend new sockets and switches, and painted ceilings, walls, doors and all of the woodwork. We couldn't be more delighted with the results. He worked hard and was always tidy and friendly. We will definitely use him on future projects.

• Laying new flooring

  Ray did an amazing job of replacing and relaying the downstairs flooring in our house. He removed the old carpets, relevelled all of the floors with layex, then laid Karndean flooring throughout, and added caulking to neatly finish. Ray was always friendly and thorough, and his attention to detail was perfect. He was always neat and tidy at the end of each day.

• Painting and decorating

  After having Ray refurbish the bathroom I decided to have him and Luciana paint and redecorate the whole of the downstairs and stairs and landing. Including laying new flooring from the kitchen through the lobby area and bathroom and varnishing all the doors . Again the work was excellent and done to a really high standard. Would thoroughly recommend them!

• Bathroom refurbishment

  After several word of mouth recommendations I had Ray come along to quote for a complete bathroom refurbishment. The quote was acceptable and Ray and Luciana began the work.They were on site 8.00AM every day and worked right through the afternoon. The job proceeded without a hitch and Ray was full of suggestions and ideas about the decor and design. I gave them their own key and they let themselves in and locked up afterwards if I wasn’t there. Absolutely brilliant!

• Bedroom plastering, electrical and lighting.

  We had our bedroom plastered. Raymond fitted Led lights in the ceiling and replaced a pull chord with a light switch. We also had the radiator replaced and two double plug sockets with usbs fitted. Raymond gave us a quote which included him buying all of the items required which was very helpful. Raymond and Lucinda were both very friendly and worked really hard. Raymond explained what jobs he was going to do each day and always left the room clean and tidy. The work was done to a very high standard and we were extremely pleased with it. We would definitely recommend Total Building Solutions.
