    Fred picked up our job request really quickly, turned up when he said he would, and sent us a 30 minute arrival text. So communication was excellent. He appraised the job, and swiftly and competently fixed our hot water boiler leak. I was impressed with his attitude and the solution to the problem. All done within the hour. I was slightly taken aback with his efficiency and speed! A completely successful job for us at a fair price. Yes, obviously I would recommend Total Build Solution.

    I asked Fred to come over to provide job quotes on many items in the house before selling it. Initially I wanted to upgrade my radiators and electrical sockets - which he is certified to do. But I got the house sold before employing him for the changes needed so didn’t require the jobs done. However I knew Fred could provide an ECIR so asked him to do that instead. Just over an hour to test everything and the next visit was to correct all the issues found. He gets down to work quickly with no fuss and gets on with it. Fred is a good knowledgeable workman. Will use again for sure! Thank you Fred.
