  Total Restoration were called upon as we had a few leaks in our roof. William responded super efficiently to our call (the only one we contacted in the area that did) and came out to quote us as soon as he could the very next day. William was very knowledgable and explained that we would need a new roof. The job got booked in for the following week. William and his friendly, helpful, tidy team of workers completed our roof to a top standard and worked extremely well together.   I found a leak in our loft coming from the roof, I called Total Restoration and spoke to the owner William, he came round within 2 hours and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a verbal quote which was later confirmed in writing. Having agreed to the quote, the job was carried out and completed within a few days. William is brilliant to deal with and will always respond to calls/texts. The 2 man team that William sent to do the job were very courteous and kept me updated throughout - as did William. I highly recommend Total Restoration as their service is first class.
