  Contractor came on time, a great start. He was courteous, explained everything well, took photographs of roof to show damage and also after the repair to keep me informed. Explained the materials being used and the reasoning behind them. Another plus. He was extremely tidy and everything was cleaned after the job. I was very happy so asked him to do extra work, which again was carried out to a high standard. Having previously had a local “tradesman in “ who failed to repair the issue. I had my faith restored in this contractor, that there are still good tradesmen out there. Thank you.

  Tower had good communication (which is rare in the field), were courteous and helpful. They did repair work on our roof to repair a leak. Work is guaranteed to prevent further leaking and they reassured us they could return if any further leaking occured. Would recommend for any roofing working needed.
