  Town & Country (Thomas and the guys) came promptly to look at the problem we had with the Church roof (regarding lead flashing) and gave very comprehensive feedback to the problem and how it should be resolved. He also looked at another problem (fascia's & soffits) with the Church roof and responded likewise. When he was given the go ahead for both jobs, they turned up on time on both days. After completing the works photographs of the repairs to the roof areas were taken and received. As a result, I feel confident that the job was done correctly and professionally.

Came out quickly to complete the job, polite, good communication and completing the job to a high standard.   Thomas and his workers did a fantastic job making good my dry ridge tiles that were done badly by some other so called roofers. Thankfully these guys are the real deal, photographs are taken before and after, the area all tidied up, gutters cleaned out etc.. would highly recommend.

  Thomas was very professional, he gave clear explanations of the work that was required to bring our roof up to excellent standards. He was extremely helpful and didn't try to push for a decision. The work was done exactly as he explained taking photos at each stage to give us clear vision of the progress made. Thomas and his staff turned up exactly when he said they would, they were all very hardworking, very polite and friendly. Once the work was finished Thomas again showed photos and did a walk round with us to ensure we were happy with the job. All rubbish was removed excellent job.

• "Needed a New Roof"

  I needed a new roof so I went straight to Checkatrade with my request. The first to answer was a company called Town and Country. Thomas is the name of the boss. He told me he’d do a good job and he certainly kept his promise. After the scaffolding was up Thomas and his team got to work. I was told such a big job would take 5-6 days to complete, and it was indeed finished on schedule. Communication on the state of progress was good throughout the entire project. I’m happy to state that I found Thomas and his team to be friendly, reliable, and highly professional in every way.
