Town or Country Clearance is a family owned domestic house and commercial property clearance business, specialising in the full or partial clearance of any type of property, established in 2006. We are a Sole Trader business with the next generation in line to take over when the time comes.

We cater for families that have suffered the loss of parents, or where aged parents have gone into residential care and where the property needs to be sold on. We also cater for businesses that have, perhaps failed, or landlords who have legally reclaimed their property.

We undertake to clear all items of household, garage and garden contents and to dispose of them according to English Law. Where any items have a saleable value we reduce the cost of the clearance by those amounts to protect our clients costs. This also applies to any commercial work we undertake.
