9Verified ReviewA cooker needed to be installed and due to regulations, we needed a socket to be moved from the ‘hot zone’. We decided to go with Trip Electrical. Adam completed the job but unfortunately it was too far away to be used for the cooker. After the cooker was installed, we contacted Trip Electrical and informed them of the distance. Adam came out again to rectify the socket distance. Very professional with addressing problems and we would recommend.

10Rob and his team were very informative and helpful with explaining what they can do to help and what extra equipment needed ordering. They kept me updated on everything and ensured to inform me if there were any changes to original quote to reflect the extra parts needed. The gentleman that visited to complete the work (not sure if his name is Colin or Callum, sorry!) was so polite and friendly, worked around everything and everyone in the house. Left everything clean and tidy, can not fault anything. Everything is working great.

10Verified ReviewI put out a request for someone to rectify my immersion heater due to having no hot water, Rob at Trip contacted me within an hour of my request and could arrange attendance the next day - the speed on this was very much appreciated I couldn’t have asked for more. There was a small confusion in address but Dave contacted me and kept me up to date on his arrival and turned up exactly when advised. Everyone I’ve communicated with from Trip have been polite, accommodating and informative and best of all resolved my issue quickly! I would thoroughly recommend this company.
