The team were very professional and efficient. The process of deciding on a new floor is surprisingly difficult but they were very helpful in every step of the way and helped me decide on a floor that was both practical and aesthetically pleasing for the space. Overall I would highly recommend True flooring as their professionalism and attention to detail made the process easier

Replacing rotten joists, fitting insulation boarding with electric underfloor heating, cement levelling and then laying premium herringbone wood flooring to a high standard of finish. They were excellent throughout the process and Hamid’s responsiveness to issues and questions which naturally arose was always quick and reassuring. The pricing was also extremely competitive and so overall the outcome we achieved was superb value for money. Would have no hesitation in recommending TF. 5 Stars all round!!
