3Verified ReviewThe job was carried out on Saturday and I was taken into hospital that evening, on Sunday evening when I returned, it was flickering before finally failing on the Monday. When contacting Trust, the focus was centred on charging more, rather than determining the cause. I did not get an answer on whether any testing took place when the pendent was fitted. Trust also expected me to wait five days without lighting in the kitchen before they would come out. I would not recommend Trust and felt money was prioritised ahead of customer service and checking its own work.
