    Definitely felt the survey addressed all my needs and was very pleased that replacement windows were not required. Efficient and friendly service. The work covered air vent, several replacement hinges and packing out frames so air gaps were removed from 15 year old double glazed windows. Windows open smoother than they have ever done. It feels like they are new. Leaky window frames and doors are now sealed. Full service check on all the doors and windows and an aluminium door was adjusted when previously I’d been told this wasn’t possible. Everything was left tidy with no mess left behind.
