  Real experts and craftsmen, executing tasks with superb workmanship and always with an advance explanation of what was to be done. The diagnosis of the causes of the leaks and issues always proved correct. Never any exaggeration, so there was always realism about, for example, the probable longevity of some aspects of repairs. Very tidy, courteous and good value for the work that what was done. Also, always unfailing honest about what was and was not in their domain of expertise and how likely a repair was to succeed. No hesitation in recommending TSP Roofing.

• Full replacement of a slate roof

  Tom carried out a full replacement of our near 100 year old slate roof, plus he replaced an aging flat roof on a rear extension too. Work was all completed to a very high standard; Tom was tidy, friendly and polite; and the final costs were in line with the original estimate. Where extra work needed doing (eg repointing the chimney) he informed us, quoted the cost and asked if we wanted it done before going ahead with it. He did a very thorough and professional job - I'm really happy with it.
