  First off I would like to say what a refreshing change it was to find a company that turned up when they said they would and just complete the job. Professional and friendly from the moment they came to quote for the work, right up until the work was carried out and completed. Very reliable, good quality workmanship and at a very reasonable price. I cannot fault them and I would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

  It's always a bit of a gamble when employing a tradesman and fortunately I found a "good un". Spot on punctuality, absolute competence, courteous, friendly, went the extra mile as a matter of course. In this case, four guys I'd be happy to be associated with. 5 star in every respect, T and S.

• Replacement of lintel and repair to rendering

  Nigel and his team were excellent. We were very happy with the work they did. Timekeeping was spot on and the team of four worked very hard, completed thorough jobs and left everywhere tidy. Nigel and the team were very likeable men and easy to talk to. Two of them even came back the next day to kindly put some paint on the rendering they had worked on. I would not hesitate in recommending T and S building to anyone and will certainly be using them again in the future. Thank you Nigel!

• Two lintels replaced, one above a patio door and one above a window.

  Nigel and his team carried out the work in efficiently with the minimum of disruption. The lintels were replaced, brickwork above made good and house re-plastered inside. All work carried out to a good standard as per the original quote. The cost was as per quote. I was pleased with the work and have now asked Nigel to do further work on the house.

• Living/dining room renovation

  Couldn’t be happier with the job of Nigel and his team. We recently moved into our house and wanted to knock through two rooms to open up the living room and dining room to create an open modern finish. From our initial appointment to completion, Nigel was was honest, responsive and professional throughout. His team were punctual, tidy and finished the job to such a high standard.
