Replacing a fused neutral cut out in Edwardian house

Valter was professional, courteous, and clear about the work he would have to carry out and the amount of time and expense it would take. He did not charge me for the initial consultation and did not try to hard sell me anything. Educating me about the issue I had (need for an isolator, existing setup) and what needed to be done came first for Valter, and this allowed me to make the decision worry-free about whether proceed with the work. Thanks to Valter, electrical safety has been restored to my flat and I can now go ahead and get my electric meter installed. Would highly recommend him!
