    The whole experience was perfect. Easy to make an appointment for the work to be done that suited me. Technician arrived at the appointed time and carried out the work expertly and efficiently. He was friendly, and was happy to answer my questions and was very courteous.

    Contacted twins group mid afternoon to see if they could help with a leaky saniflo unit. Within 2 hours they had an engineer at my house working on the problem. The engineer was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and tidy (particularly important in this case). He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, but still called saniflo to ensure he wasn't overlooking anything. Problem was solved quickly.

    Had my boiler supplied and fitted by twins they came out checked my old boiler which was ten years old and wasn’t worth fixing they gave me a good prices compare to another company - it has been 8 months and everything is working fine. Thank you
