  • Full liquid roof in central london as part of a mansard conversion

    Friendly and courteous however I dont feel they are competent in liquid roofs. We had several leaks, due to poor flashings, insufficient upstands. They used paslo nails on the slates, which was a nightmare as we had to remove 40% of their slate work at the rear elevation, and have a new roofer come in to completely replace all the restec liquid membane in the front and rear gutters. Sections of the underboarding where cut out and replaced as the osb was soaked. The main roof is now scheduled for replacement as well despite being only 6 months old.
