This is the customer care focus everyone should have. Called out same day as promised despite doing other jobs on the day.(late evening call ) but as we had a leak it was welcomed.Kept me informed on waiting for parts which delayed completion usually do not hear anything which gets you worried. Also called to see if leak had returned while await parts to come. If so would have called round again. This is excellent customer care.
