He was here within 30 minutes to unblock our kitchen sink for us as I had a party the next day, even though he was right in the middle of doing his paperwork! He really wants to help. Always solves the problem and really knows his stuff, never tries to sell you something you don’t need, just really honest. Plus he’s super clean and such a lovely guy. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

My elderly mother-in-law was surrounded by water (after very heavy rain) after a submersible pump failed to work - water was building up rapidly around her home. I called Sam at UK Drainage Solutions and his response was amazing. He was thoughtful – knew exactly what I was talking about and had three men on the job within an hour. Quite incredible. They arrived at my mother-in-law's residence, sorted the problem very quickly and then left with the job totally to our satisfaction.

The severity of the blockage made it a complex fix but he exhausted all possible solutions to avoid costly and messy pipe replacement and eventually cleared the blockage.
