10Verified ReviewContacted Wayne and he came out the same day and gave a price for removing and replacing mortar in two chimney stacks, and making watertight the cement on top. Arrived and was straight on with the job. All three worked hand in hand and finished in one day, despite a spot of inclement weather at lunchtime which had not been forecast.( stack was covered appropriately with tarpaulin at this point). Waste material was taken away and everything left tidy. Photos were taken before and after so we could see the extent of the work needed. Result was a nice neat job. Standard price.

Full survey carried out at our request free of charge and all our options explained. We finally opted for a full roof replacement including dry verge system, dry ridge system, fascias and soffits changed, guttering changed and chimney pointed (scaffolding included in price). The work was completed in a reasonable time considering restricted access to our property and the amount of work required. All debris removed both inside the loft space and outside of our property. 5 star service.

What is EDPM roofing? EDPM roofing is an extremely durable rubber roofing membrane that is most commonly used on flat roofs, it is made of of two materials firstly ethylene and secondly propylene which are extracted from oil and natural gas. EDPM comes in two colours black and white and can come in different sizes and thickness depending on the your flat roofing project.
