    Broken tiles and missing felt was causing leaks inside the property when heavy rain fell. The company have done an excellent job to resolve our issues producing photos of the situation before, during and after the work has been completed. Very helpful when you are not able to view the detail directly

    Carl and Dave turned up on time, spoke with my husband who let them know our problem of a leaking bathroom above the window. Work completed. Approximately 4 weeks later due to unintentional communication problems, Carl and Dave came out again as we still had a leak. They were very apologetic and dealt with the problem promptly. Fingers crossed it is sorted, but we have been asked to call them back if not. Thank you.

    Carl and Dave were quick to provide a quote, which was reasonably priced. Communication was good. Only had to wait a few weeks and the rain to stop. They are nice chaps and knowledgeable in their trade. Hopefully they have repaired an age old leaky roof. I recommend them and will be calling on them for future works.

    Some of the most polite and patient contractors I’ve ever met. Out of 8 visits, these guys were one of two who actually went into the available roof space to inspect from the inside! Very thorough and clearly explained what they were proposing to do. Estimate was delivered when they said they would, visited when they said they would - and so far - all looks to be in working order. Can definitely recommend.
