Replacing a roof vent cover

These guys were at my neighbour's house replacing a shed roof. I asked them if they would mind taking a look at my house roof because a vent cover had blown off in the wind. They were happy to do so there and then and it is now fixed. They were very polite and wouldn't take any money for doing the job.
