He sourced the supplies quickly, within two days of acceptance of his offer and carried out a difficult job professionally within one afternoon, including draining the old cylinder, replacing the cylinder, including a heating element, and getting both heating and hot water back on. He was courteous and clean. I would have no hesitation in using this plumber again.

He advised me on the best value and setup for all 3. He didn't just look to put the most expensive thing for the shortest amount of time, but he actually pointed me to the most fir for purpose setup and took the time needed to execute it. I'll definitely will use his services again.
