  Quick quote, good quality work, some extra work needed when tiles removed but not unexpected on roof this age. Work was completed in reasonable time although juggling with other jobs meant a few gaps in work programme.

• Came to fit a dry verge solution, but then needed to upgrade rotten materials under the tiles.

  William and colleagues were excellent. As the dry verge was being installed, it became clear that the structures below the roof tiles had become rotten. No work on this upgrade was undertaken before William had communicated clearly with us, provided photos, videos and an opportunity to go up the ladder and take a close look at the state of the woodwork ourselves - it was totally degraded. Costings, timings and any issues were communicated clearly and regularly. The final install was excellent and high quality. Very pleased and would definitely use Unique Roofing in the future.
