• Complete overhaul of boiler and central heating

  Mark installed self-balancing TRVs, overhauled our boiler, checked and reset heated bathroom towel rails and serviced all the radiators on three floors. He explained it all the processes before and during the work, did it all to fit in with our needs for warmth and water, did everything with the utmost efficiency, cleared up 100% afterwards and kept us entertained with good humour and cheerful conversation. The house is warm again, the central heating works more efficiently than before and we are very pleased. Thank you, Mark!

• Excellent job, house is now warm

  Another company serviced the warm air heating system only 10 days before we had to call out Mark. The manufacturer gave us his number. We called after a second engineer came, took out the panel and said the pilot was too high. After the engineer left, the house was freezing. Spoke to Mark he was helpful, and the heating was slightly better. He came the next day, stripped the system, did a proper service and we are in a warm home. Thanks to Mark. We did not go back to the company after over 20 years, the engineers no longer bother to service the system properly. Thank you Mark.

• Boiler Service and Additional Pipework

  We had Mark visit previously to cut an old gas pipe and he serviced the boiler at the same time. So when we needed to cut another few gas pipes and service the boiler, we thought he would use him again. We didn't mind waiting just over 2 weeks for him to get to us as we were expecting him to complete all the work on the same day. However, he serviced the boiler and told us that he would be back early next week to complete the additional jobs. Messaged him on Monday, no response. Called him on Tuesday, said he wasn't able to come back out this week, plus couldn't give a date. Frustrating experience.

• Hot air system service

  Mark was a random find when pur hot air system wasn't working properly. He was able to fix the problem, whilst also going into detail about what he had done, why he had done it, potential problems and how we might address them as well as help me out with a couple of other issues I had been having with the hot water. In the past 6 months, he is by far, the most professional and knowledgeable tradesman I have dealt with. From now on, I won't use anyone else. I am so pleased I stumbled across him and can highly recommend him to others.

• Warm air heating system shut down by another company.

  After our boiler was shut down by another company saying there was a problem with the flu. Mark fitted us in worried about us in the cold weather. He quickly ascertained that we didn't need a new boiler and there was no problem with the flu. He cleaned and serviced the boiler more thoroughly than anyone before and tested everything thoroughly as he went along. Explained everything thoroughly and got us back up and running . Wouldn't hesitate to get him back if needed and will get him to service it from now on.
