  Had a leak in the roof. Made contact with Up Top through Checkatrade. Guy and Kieran came round and did an inital inspection with a drone. It looked like some tiles had moved due to recent storms. I accepted their very reasonable quote to errect a scaffold tower to further investigate. Turns out there was a hole in one of the tiles, that must of been there awhile, as the felt membrane under the tiles was perished and in need of replacement. I asked them for a quote for the minimum amount to fix and secure the roof and make it watertight again. This quote too was very reasonable. A1 work
