10Verified ReviewUrban Cooling provided exemplary service in all areas. From the quotation to the installation, it was seamless, clean, and professional. Ian's site visit pinpointed areas where I could save money and get the needed unit. Erin was a fantastic communicator and a necessary liaison between us all. Craig installed and serviced my units, and I didn't even know he was in the house for the most part; the work was clean and tidy, and he respected my living space. Robin came in last to repair and make good; work again was so good you couldn't tell anything had been done in the home.

10Verified ReviewIan and his team were amazing from start to finish, I called as my air con at home (which we also use for heating) had ‘stopped working’. Ian came to have a look and instead of telling me it wasn’t working and charging me loads of money for a new system (our one is quite old) he simply had a look and showed me how utterly filthy it was, and simply just needed a good old clean. He sent Craig round who arrived and was polite and tidy, and cleaned our whole system. It’s working as good as it was many years ago when it was new. Would defo recommend! And will be using again for sure!
