Client relationship:

• Meet and Greet - Where we get to understand our clients' needs and wants
• Design Proposal - Our in-house design service that will take all the gathered information and produce a Landscape design to fit our clients criteria.
• Cost Plan - Once our client has signed off the Landscape Design, a cost plan will be built and submitted that will cover all elements in the design proposal.
• Deliver - Following on from an agreed Cost Plan, we will program, schedule and manage the construction phase of the Landscape project.
• Completion - Finally we will sign the project off with the client and wish them all the best with their newly completed project.
• Maintenance - If required, we can provide a maintenance schedule to return and maintain various items the client feel necessary.
