I registered for short notice site attendance in the event of a cancellation elsewhere. In the event only a short time after the initial survey I received a call at 0830hrs offering advanced service; I accepted, the three man team were on site and job done by 1600hrs. Thank you.

While they couldn't complete the work I needed, they still took a survey and advised a different person that could do the work based on the survey results. That person was contacted, has attended the property and has given me some really good advice and an option to call back to resolve if the advice doesn't turn out. Thanks all round - wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
