    Having had some bad experiences with tradespersons in the past, I braced myself for what was to come. I was so pleasantly surprised! The team were very courteous, considerate, hardworking and kept brilliant time. They communicated with me throughout and fulfilled all that said they would do. Absolutely brilliant, I would definitely recommend these guys. ????

    Jimmy came round ASAP and had a look. Initial quote was agreed and him and his team started work the next morning at 0800 sharp. Further investigation found a lot more work to be done than initially expected. They backed this up with pictures of the issues. Jimmy re-quoted us for the extra work and got everything done over 3 days. I have marked tidiness down by 1 as they did leave some stuff on the front garden as they couldn't fit it all in the van but it was agreed before they left that this would be taken away ASAP. Very happy with the experience as a whole. Recommended
