VPHI carried out a fantastic job in converting a garage into a stunning gym with a built in sauna and steam room, our client couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the conversion and as always the service by the team at VPHI has been professional and to the highest level.

    Chris and his team have been brilliant. I had a relatively big project which had been put to a standstill due to various contractors letting me down or completing work to poor standards. Chris came in and turned the whole thing around, him and his team have worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the property is starting to become the home I had dreamed of. Chris has communicated with me throughout the project keeping me in the loop every step of the way and updating me with progress. I have no doubt the completed project is going to be amazing and would highly recommend Vantage Point!

    We used Jon and Vantage Point Team on our next project. Similar project, refurb of two hotels into serviced apartments. Both stripped out and reconfigured into 7 apartments in each. Total rewire and replumb. Bathrooms tiled, new flooring. New windows The roofs stripped and rebuilt with velux windows. All aspects of the job were managed by Jon, site manager Chris, in line with building regulations. They handled the whole job, dealing with architects, structural engineers to finalising the build with the Building Control. As before, highly recommend. Will use them in the future. Highly recommend

    We chose The Vantage Point team, after meeting other contractors. Jon and the team are very approachable. The job was to reconfigurate, and refurb a standard hotel into 20 individual apartments. Full external refurbishment including complete replacement, refelt and retile of the whole roof. Re-render, repaint exterior, and replace all windows all round. The team were professional, Chris always kept us updated, and to discuss any issues, progress. Work was carried out to high standard throughout the job. The team incorporates all trades, allowing the project to run smoothly. Highly recommend.

Vantage Point Development’s first year was typical of that of a general Property development company working with various commercial developments, but today the portfolio reflects the aspirations of a much broader range of customers, encompassing medium to large-scale developments in town centre locations, for the past 6 years we have come away from the residential market to concentrate on commercial developments, however as our team has expanded we have decided to go back to our roots and bring our vast range of experience to a wider range of projects including extensions, structural work, hotel refurbishments, new builds, loft conversions.

As Vantage Point enters its 14th year the company is expanding to incorporate our cleaning division which offers both commercial and residential cleaning services to our customers.
