    Unfortunately, I am not able to endorse Ian’s work after many site meetings with his alleged designer Ian agreed to fit a bespoke staircase that would pass building regulations and it failed miserably with several issues. The entire staircase has been condemned and now has to be removed and rebuilt to meet regulations. Ian has misrepresented his abilities. I have asked for a refund and received no response or reimbursement, which is very disappointing. I would not recommend his services on the back of this situation.

    Ian and the team did a fantastic job on our new stairs. They offered lots of suggestions on finish, design and materials. They carefully measured out the stairs which was critical as the head clearance was a bit of a concern - they fit perfectly. Would recommend anyone looking for new stairs

My aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations.

I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact.
