He offered great advice on design and grout colour to bring the look together and give a luxury finish. Lloyd even went the extra mile to source and fit 2 long term missing tiles from my kitchen.     Lloyd responded to a checkatrade query, spoke over the phone and he was able to use photos to provide me with a quote. He was able to book me in quickly which aligned to when the new flooring was being put down. Lloyd messaged me the day before to confirm the time he would arrive. Arrived on time, did a great job removing the tiles and installing new ones and was polite and courteous. Would recommend and use again.
