    We had our garage converted into an office and downstairs shower room. We also had our boiler moved and upgraded, and new waste water and inspection hatch installed. Phil and his team did a great job. From first meeting him we were given a breakdown of all work and payment intervals when different pieces of work were completed. Having not used a builder before this was very reassuring. Phil manager the whole process for us with electricians, plasterer, bricklayers, and plumber all arranged along the way. We are really happy with the work and would highly recommend.

Phillip communicated efficiently up to the day of the work, where he swiftly did the job, with the minimum of disruption and ensuring he was as tidy as possible. Phillip and his apprentice were very friendly and hard working throughout, finishing the job swiftly and very keen to do the job to a high standard. Which he achieved

    I do not normally like to give full marks, as I feel there is always room for improvement, but I struggled to see where when looking at the work he produced. Phill worked morning till night, in all weather to complete the job, whilst keeping the area clean and tidy. Phill was always polite in his approach, even with the chaos of our 3 young children, testing his patience. Really pleased with the work, and glad we made the right decision. Thanks.
