Hadn't rung till mid-afternoon but electrician offered to visit unoccupied flat that same evening to replace broken bulb fitting and missing spotlight, which I gladly accepted. Attended as promised with replacement parts, fixed and replaced shade and sent me photo of finished work as too far away to attend in person. Brilliant fast service by friendly and trustworthy company. Truly excellent and would recommend without hesitation.
