Repair of leak and repair of damaged flooring.
2.75Verified ReviewAlthough the contractor said that a full replacement of the floor would be easier, he confirmed that he would be able patch repair the floor (even though it would be more difficult). Following completion, we found a number of issues: 1. Expanding foam and glue were used, which are clearly visible and unsightly. 2. Floorboards unevenly cut and were not properly joined to the existing flooring. 3. Newly laid flooring was covered in glue, scratched and chipped (where the contractor had tried to remove the glue with a chisel). 4. Work was not completed with a reasonable standard of care and skill.
